College Coordinates is a one-person practice, and that is the design, not a limitation. Every family works directly with me from the first call to the final decision. No hand-offs to junior staff, no packaged curriculum, no account managers. The person who learns your story is the person who helps you tell it.

I have guided students through hundreds of applications at every kind of school: big publics, small liberal arts colleges, engineering programs, art schools, and yes, the highly rejective famous ones. What that experience mostly taught me is that fit matters more than a name on a sweatshirt, and that students make better decisions when someone gives them real information instead of anxiety.

The approach is honest, strategic, and low-drama. The college process has enough manufactured panic in it already. My job is to replace that panic with a plan, tell you the truth even when it is not what you were hoping to hear, and help you end up somewhere you will genuinely thrive.

Everything begins with a free strategy session. It is a real working conversation, not a sales pitch. We talk through where the student is, what the family is hoping for, and what the honest gaps are. You will leave with useful direction whether or not we work together.
